Ask Uncle Fred is a trade name of Cool Nerds AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In this policy, "we" means Cool Nerds AI LLC.

What we collect

When you sign up for the newsletter or buy the workbook, we collect your name and email address. If you buy something, we also keep a basic record of the purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles that under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

We use your email to send the free guide, the weekly email, and anything you purchased. We do not sell your data. We do not share it except with the services we need to run the business, such as our email and form provider and Stripe.

Cookies

This site and the services we use (our email and form provider and Stripe) use cookies and similar tools to run forms, process payments, and measure basic site traffic. We don't use them to sell your information.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have your information deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it. We may keep purchase records where required for tax or accounting.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
